Mission
The mission of Homecor is to strengthen Holland’s Central City as a fine, high-quality place to live, a place where homes and neighorhoods are well maintained, a place where families find fulfillment and security as they live in homes that they own.
Our target area closely follows the areas bounded by 8th to 24th Streets, Fairbanks to Ottawa Avenues.
Funding
Homecor was founded in 1997 and is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Homecor is funded by gifts from individuals, companies, and foundations that share our vision for the Central City and are eager to see this mission fulfilled.

Grants
Homecor fulfills its mission by providing grants to homeowners who need financial assistance for repairs and renovations on their home or for a down payment to purchase a home in the Central City.
Homecor often cooperates with other organizations such as the City’s Home Repair Program to allow projects to proceed.
